I noticed an incident of people using the bike line as a parking spot, as I was walking rather than cycling I took a photo ( he was blocking the cycling Lane on double yellow lines. I am aware that he is in the loading bay but at the time I took the photo he was not loading anything into his van he was just sitting in his van with his warning lights flashing. From Luke
