It may be the case that the Corp won't allow YHA to install sheffield stands
outside its shop. However, it is not the case that the City has no bike
parking - there are a few dotted around the square

Sidmouth Street/Cubitt Street going east
So what *does* happen to the cycle lane here? Are we supposed to zoom
through the bollards and take the pavemment, or go round the roads? I
am somewhat confused - and as usual where cycle lanes
are

today as I was sitting at some red lights
the inevitable cyclist wants to cross over anyway
he dismounts and pretends to be a pedestrian
ambling over the road
pushing his cycle

Re: [CCC] Sidmouth Street/Cubitt Street going east
Hi Paul. Thanks for the reply.
There's no signage to get *on* to the pavement bit. At t he end of it,
though, there is a sign pointing down Cubitt Street, which sort of hints you
were right to use

Tim,
One of the options might be to look for a second-hand tricycle.
We faced roughly the same problem a while back and found a wonderful
solution for our family in a Pashley Industrial tricycle. Ours
