Tony – Komoot is very focused on the countryside, whereas I’m after directions around London. But mainly, I believe it does NOT use CycleStreets

Co-Rider did what you want and while it still works on the latest iOS it doesn’t look like its on the App Store any more. You could try Komoot. It uses Open Street Map rather than Open Cycle Map

Thank you all for your responses ! It seems to me that perhaps we should be lobbying Camden to include (and publicise) a portal to report parking infringements such as parking on pavements/bike

This is at the Dentist on Haverstock Hill and it is a regular occurrence. They do have a small car park, but they should be telling their customers that parking in the cycle lane or pavement is not
