For anyone out there who is not aware, TfL are consulting on expanding the ULEZ zone and taking steps to permit distance based road user charging in the future. If you haven't already responded and agree that air quality and motor traffic reduction is important, do get behind this - we hear that many of the responses so far are negative and have been disproportionately from drivers.
